Positioned just outside the peaceful village of Nerano, the property provides a tranquil setting well-suited to families, multi-generational groups, or friends travelling together. With its scenic outlook, pool and generous layout, the villa is ideal for those seeking a restful stay while still being within reach of some of the region’s most celebrated dining spots and coastal walks.

The villa is accessed via a private drive with parking available nearby. Guests enter the residence from the drive up 24 steps to the ground level, where they will find a self-contained annexe that includes a comfortable sitting and dining area, a kitchen, one double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom complete with a bath tub and shower; this bathroom has no windows. The annexe conveniently has room for a double sofa bed. This level also features a sea-facing terrace with seating. A short flight of steps leads up to the main floor, where a bright dining room opens onto a wide panoramic terrace and garden with sweeping views of the sea. A kitchen and a bathroom with a shower are located on this floor too, along with a laundry room. The kitchen has access to a section of the garden with a stone BBQ. The upper floor contains three further bedrooms: three with double beds, one has an en suite shower and benefits from its own private terrace with a direct view of the Galli Islands. An additional bathroom with a shower is accessed via the hallway. Outside, guests can enjoy a generously sized pool surrounded by Mediterranean planting, a sun deck with loungers, and a shaded portico furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing in the afternoon breeze whilst taking in the sunset. The villa also has a tennis court near by with sea views.
