Set within more than 2,500 square metres of landscaped Mediterranean grounds, this two-storey Sicilian retreat enjoys wide sea views and a peaceful setting just 1 km from the historic Scopello. The house blends traditional local character with relaxed, comfortable living, featuring natural stone floors and decorative tiled details. Guests arrive via a gated entrance with on-site parking, including two covered spaces. The main entrance opens on the ground floor into a welcoming living area with comfortable seating and a compact kitchenette. This level also houses the sleeping accommodation, comprising two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a further shower room. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where there is an additional double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and direct access to a sea-view terrace. Outside, guests can enjoy a covered veranda overlooking the sea, furnished with a large dining table and a charcoal barbecue, while the gardens extend to an infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and quiet areas set among greenery.
The surrounding area offers plenty to explore. The free beach at Guidaloca Bay is around 2 km away, while the historic Tonnara of Scopello and its dramatic sea stacks lie just 1 km from the property. Nature lovers can head to the Zingaro Nature Reserve, approximately 3 km away, for coastal walks and swimming coves. The village of Scopello and its historic Baglio is within easy walking distance and provides a choice of bars, restaurants and a small market, making it simple for guests to experience local life and cuisine during their stay.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
