    The approach road leads to a convenient parking area near the house. The property is configured over a single floor, the main entrance opening to a bright living space featuring comfortable seating, a dining table and a large window looking out over the sea. A kitchen is adjacent to the living area leading to an outdoor space where there is a washing machine, sink and shower. A short corridor leads to the sleeping quarters, comprising two double bedrooms. One benefits from an en-suite shower room, while a second shower room is available for other guests. The living area leads out to the terrace with a dining table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue, the perfect spot for al fresco meals in the warmer months. Outside, the infinity swimming pool takes centre stage, positioned to make the most of the panoramic sea views and surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol for leisurely days in the sunshine.

The charming village of Scopello, around 4 kilometres from the property, is known for its historic tonnara and the striking Faraglioni sea stacks. Nature lovers will appreciate the renowned Zingaro Nature Reserve, where walking trails, secluded coves and unspoilt landscapes provide ample opportunities for exploration for hikers and swimmers alike. The wider area also offers boat trips, coastal walks and traditional Sicilian dining experiences, ensuring guests have plenty to discover throughout their stay.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
