    Set within one of the oldest quarters of Castellammare del Golfo, this stylish three-storey townhouse blends contemporary comfort with an authentic Sicilian setting. Its central position makes it a great choice for guests who enjoy being able to walk to the beach, harbour and historic streets, while still having a calm base to return to at the end of the day. Well suited to couples, friends or small families, the property offers sea views from its upper levels and a relaxed atmosphere designed for unwinding after exploring the town. 

    The approach is directly from the street, with car parking available nearby. Entrance is on the ground floor, where guests are welcomed into a bright living space with a kitchen and seating area, alongside a shower room. From here, doors open onto a small covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The first floor is reached by a striking suspended iron staircase and features two double bedrooms, one with a balcony, plus a further shower room. The top floor hosts an additional double bedroom with access from the room to a sea-view veranda. Outside, this terrace is arranged for outdoor living with sun loungers, a parasol, barbecue, dining table and a hydromassage jacuzzi. 

    Guests are ideally placed to explore the highlights of  Castellammare del Golfo on foot. Petrolo Beach is around 600 metres away, offering clear waters and scenic views with further golden beaches 2km away. The bus station is approximately 500 metres from the property, making it easy to travel further afield. A short stroll leads to the port area, known for its lively bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as the historic centre, which becomes traffic-free in the evenings and is perfect for leisurely walks and dining under the stars.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
