    Located within a small residential enclave between Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello, this single-level coastal retreat sits within its own enclosed grounds and enjoys far-reaching sea views. Designed for easy, comfortable living, the property has a relaxed country feel while remaining close to the shoreline. Its straightforward layout and calm setting make it particularly appealing to guests such as couples, families or a small group of friends seeking a peaceful base from which to experience western Sicily.

    The approach is via a short access lane, leading to gated on-site parking. Entrance is through a covered porch and directly into an airy, open-plan living space on the ground floor, bringing together a seating area, dining space and fitted kitchen, all cooled by air conditioning. There are two bedrooms, both fitted with mosquito screens and fans: one double room and a twin room with views towards the sea, served by a shower room. Outside, the covered porch is arranged for outdoor dining and overlooks a sun terrace with a jacuzzi, loungers and seating, creating a welcoming area for guests to relax and enjoy the coastal outlook.

    Guests are well positioned to explore many of the region’s most popular sights. Castellammare del Golfo is a short drive away, offering a lively harbour, shops and restaurants, while nearby Scopello is known for its historic centre and relaxed dining spots. The clear waters and pebbled beach of Guidaloca Bay are close at hand for swimming and sunbathing. Further highlights include the Tonnara di Scopello, scenic walking routes through the Zingaro Nature Reserve, and a variety of coastal viewpoints, traditional villages and historic sites dotted throughout this striking area of Sicily.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Please Contact Us should you wish to place an option on a property for 24 hours whilst you book your flights and/or make other arrangements.

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
