Set in peaceful countryside just inland from the sandy shoreline of Calatubo, this spacious holiday property offers a relaxed retreat on Sicily’s north-west coast. Designed with clean lines and a calm, understated style, it is made up of two identical and fully self-contained villas, making it particularly well suited to extended families or groups of friends who want to holiday together while still enjoying their own space. The setting combines rural tranquillity with easy access to the coast and nearby towns.
The approach leads to covered parking, with two spaces allocated to each villa. Entrance is on the ground floor, opening directly into a light-filled living area with a kitchenette. Also on this level is a double bedroom and a shower room with a laundry area. Doors from the kitchen lead out to a furnished patio with dining furniture and comfortable seating for outdoor relaxation. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own shower room; one of these bedrooms also opens onto a terrace with open views across the surrounding countryside. Outside, each unit enjoys its own swimming pool set within a lawned garden, a generous sunbathing area and an outdoor shower, along with access to a barbecue area with preparation space and an external bathroom.
Guests are well placed to explore the local area, with the sandy beach of Calatubo just a short drive away and ideal for relaxed days by the sea. The nearby town of Balestrate offers a good selection of restaurants, cafés and shops, along with everyday amenities. The wider area is rich in things to see and do, from coastal walks and swimming to discovering traditional Sicilian towns and historic sites, making it an excellent base for both unwinding and exploring this part of the island.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
