Set in a peaceful countryside location close to the coast, this stylish holiday home offers a relaxed retreat for guests seeking comfort, space and easy access to the sea. Designed with clean lines and a calm, contemporary feel, the property blends well with its natural surroundings while providing generous indoor and outdoor living areas. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms arranged over two levels, it is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends who wish to holiday together while still enjoying plenty of personal space.
The approach leads to on-site parking close to the house. Entrance is on the ground floor, opening into a bright open-plan living area that combines a kitchen, dining space and comfortable seating, including a sofa bed. From here, large doors lead directly out to a covered veranda furnished for al-fresco dining and relaxation. Also on this level are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, along with a further shower room. On the first floor guests will find two additional double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms; one of these enjoys access to a balcony and features an open-plan shower room arrangement. Outside, the grounds include a swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers and an outdoor shower. A dedicated barbecue area with sink, work surface and gas grill provides an inviting setting for shared meals in the open air.
Guests are ideally placed to explore the surrounding area, with the sandy and pebbled shores of Guidaloca Bay just a short drive away, offering clear waters and a relaxed atmosphere. The historic Baglio of Scopello is nearby, known for its traditional character, small shops and welcoming cafés, while the lively town of Castellammare del Golfo offers a picturesque harbour, historic castle and a wide choice of restaurants and evening entertainment. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
