Surrounded by rolling hills dotted with olive trees and fruit orchards, this characterful countryside villa enjoys far-reaching views across the valley to the sea. Calm, scenic and welcoming, it offers a relaxed base for guests seeking an unhurried escape in nature while remaining within easy reach of the coast. The villa suits couples, friends or a small family who appreciate outdoor living, open views and a tranquil setting with space to unwind together.
Access is via a country lane leading to on-site parking close to the villa. From the covered veranda, guests enter the ground floor living and dining space, furnished with comfortable seating, satellite television, air conditioning and a dining table. Close by is a kitchen, which opens directly onto the veranda set up with a table and chairs for outdoor meals, alongside a charcoal barbecue. A short hallway leads to the sleeping area comprising one double bedroom with air conditioning, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, the grounds are arranged around a sea-facing infinity swimming pool using a gentle saltwater filtration system. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol, making it a natural focal point for time spent outdoors.
Guests are well placed to explore some of the most appealing highlights of the area. The sandy beach of Guidaloca is around a 10-minute drive away, while Castellammare del Golfo, approximately 10 km from the property, offers supermarkets, shops, cafés and a lively harbour. The historic village of Scopello is close by, as is the Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve, known for its coastal walking trails, secluded coves and clear waters. Boat trips, swimming, hiking and sampling local cuisine are all popular ways to enjoy the surrounding region.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
