Set close to the clear waters of Guidaloca Bay near Scopello, this stylish two-storey holiday home offers a calm and polished retreat on Sicily’s north-west coast. The interiors are light-filled and thoughtfully designed, with a fresh, all-white palette softened by relaxed boho accents. The approach and car parking location. Entrance – access is straightforward, with convenient parking leading to the main entrance on the ground floor. Inside, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living space that combines a comfortable lounge area with television and a contemporary island kitchen, all opening onto a furnished patio for relaxed outdoor dining. Also on this level are a laundry room, a guest bathroom and two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. An open staircase rises to the first floor, where a second sitting area includes a sofa bed, television and fitness equipment. This level also hosts two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and direct access to a wide terrace with open views. Outside, the landscaped garden surrounds a swimming pool with sun terrace, alongside a barbecue area with gas grill for sociable evenings outdoors.
Guests are well placed to explore some of the most appealing sights in this part of Sicily. The beaches of Guidaloca Bay are only a short drive away, while the atmospheric village of Scopello is nearby, home to the historic Tonnara and the entrance to the Zingaro Nature Reserve, renowned for its walking trails and unspoilt coves. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
