    Set amid olive groves on the outskirts of the charming fishing village of Scopello, this modern villa provides far-reaching views over the surrounding coast. Suitable for families, couples, or a group of friends looking to relax in peaceful surroundings. The property is in easy reach of local beaches and the various amenities the area has to offer.

    Onsite parking is available on arrival. Set over a single floor, the property features 2 bedrooms, one double with a pool view and a further twin room. The lounge area also features a double sofa bed for two extra guests. There is a shared shower room. The living area features a modern kitchen corner with all required amenities, a dining table and chairs, Satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen area leads out to a covered patio area equipped with a dining table and chairs for alfresco lunches or dinners. A charcoal barbecue is available to guests. The swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck area equipped with sunbeds, a further table and chairs, and a shower. Adjacent to the pool is a beautiful relaxation area with a gazebo, hammock and a jacuzzi.

    Just 1 km from the property is the enchanting village of Scopello with its restaurants and small shops. Traditionally a tiny village centred around tuna fishing, evidence of this can be seen to this day with numerous tuna dishes on offer in the local restaurants and the history is detailed in the local museum. The nearest beach, "I Faraglioni" is 1.2 km from the villa while the larger public beach of Guidaloca is 2 km away with plentiful sunbeds and numerous watersports on offer. Just 3km away is Zingaro, one of Sicily’s most spectacular nature reserves. Whether a seasoned hiker or an adventurous snorkeller, this seven-kilometre coastal trail connects Scopello to San Vito Lo Capo, leading you past hidden coves, smooth white pebbled beaches, and dramatic rocky cliffs.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
