    Set amidst the rolling countryside of Val di Noto, this striking hilltop retreat is surrounded by olive groves, offering guests a peaceful and secluded location. With sweeping views across the landscape and with glimpses of the coastline, the property combines understated elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Its thoughtful design and tranquil environment make it particularly well suited to families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing escape, as well as those wishing to enjoy the slower pace and natural beauty of southern Sicily.

    The approach leads along a quiet country track to a convenient parking area close to the house. The main entrance opens into a bright and spacious living area, where large windows frame the surrounding countryside and fill the interiors with natural light. The adjoining dining space creates an inviting setting for shared meals, while the kitchen also serves as a sociable hub. There are two well-proportioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and two generous suites, both featuring en-suite bathrooms and direct access to their own balconies, where guests can enjoy far-reaching views. All bedrooms include ample storage and dedicated spaces suitable for remote working. Outside, the extensive grounds feature typical Sicilian flora and are softly illuminated after dusk. The swimming pool is partly open to the sky and partly sheltered beneath a loggia, where a bar area provides a shaded space for refreshments. Above, a further terrace, offers panoramic views across the countryside.

    The surrounding area offers a wealth of attractions to explore. Within a short drive, guests can reach the golden beaches  of Marina di Avola ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The charming fishing village of Marzamemi is known for its relaxed atmosphere, waterfront dining and historic piazza, while the baroque town of Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, captivates visitors with its architectural splendour.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.

      For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% charge.
