    Set among gently rolling olive groves and Mediterranean greenery, this two-storey, three bedroom villa offers a calm rural setting with glimpses of the sea from the upper level. Its restful atmosphere and thoughtful layout make it well suited to families, couples travelling together or small groups seeking a comfortable base close to Scopello’s coastline and walking routes.

    Guests arrive via a short lane where parking is set beside the house. The main entrance leads into the ground floor, which features an open-plan sitting and cooking area, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two shower rooms. A sheltered veranda, accessed from the kitchen area, provides a pleasant spot for meals outdoors. An exterior staircase leads to the upper level, where guests will find an additional double bedroom with its own bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. Throughout the house, guests can expect air-conditioning, mosquito screens and Wi-Fi. Outside, a sun terrace sits to one side with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a covered summer kitchen and barbecue area.

    The property is conveniently placed for discovering the highlights of the surrounding area. Scopello, with its cafés, small shops and restaurants, is around 1.5 km away, while Guidaloca Bay—one of the region’s much-loved beaches—is just a short drive. Guests can wander to the Tonnara di Scopello, explore the footpaths of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, or venture further afield to historic sites and coastal viewpoints along this scenic stretch of western Sicily.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
