The approach leads through an automatic gate to on-site car parking within the enclosed grounds. Entrance is on the ground floor, opening directly into a bright open-plan living space with a comfortable seating area, alongside a kitchen. Large windows frame views towards the terrace, swimming pool and the sea beyond, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow naturally together. The sleeping accommodation comprises three bedrooms in total, including two doubles and one twin that has the option of an additional bed on request. Guests have use of two shower rooms, and all bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and mosquito screens. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer adds convenience. Outside, the front terrace leads to the swimming pool with surrounding sunbathing area, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. To the rear of the house there is a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, set within a neatly maintained lawned garden.
Guests are ideally placed for enjoying the nearby coastline, with the sandy beach of Alcamo Marina approximately 800 metres away and the beach of Castellammare del Golfo around 1 km from the property. Within the same distance, guests will find bars, restaurants and a supermarket, while the lively centre of Castellammare del Golfo is just 2.5 km away, offering a wide choice of shops, dining options and local services. Further afield, the historic Baglio di Scopello and its iconic Tonnara, along with the Zingaro Nature Reserve, are around 12 km away and provide excellent opportunities for sightseeing, coastal walks and swimming in crystal-clear waters.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
