    This 3 bedroom modern, stylish yet functional villa, is ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in an optimal location, the property is in easy reach of local beaches and the numerous local attractions.

    Onsite parking is available on arrival. Built over 2 floors, the property features an open plan kitchen-living room with a separate dining area. Steeped in natural light, the living area provides direct access to a terrace. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 separate shower rooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with a panoramic terrace, a single bedroom adjacent and an additional shared bathroom with a shower. Leading out from the living area is a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, an outdoor gas barbecue and an area with comfortable sofas for relaxing outdoors. A beautiful 4x8 metre outdoor pool is surrounded by a large sun deck with sunbeds for guests and an outdoor shower for convenience. 

    Just 3km away and loved by locals and tourists alike, the sheltered bay of Guidaloca is a pebble beach known for its crystal clear waters and is perfect for snorkeling. Caves are dotted along the coast line for exploring for kayakers and adventurous swimmers and a sixteenth-century tower provides a perfect viewpoint. Numerous water sports options are available on the beach and there are copious sunbeds, even in high summer, for those needing them. Nearby Scopello meanwhile is a charming 13th century village, rooted in tuna fishing. Visitors can learn the history of this village’s famous trade and its fishermen, the tonnarotti. An evening stroll along the main street provides a small selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, where you can sample the local specialities including tuna carpaccio and grated tuna roe (bottarga).

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
