Tucked away beside a scenic former marble quarry, this stylish single-storey holiday home enjoys a peaceful setting just 1.5 km from the clear waters of Cornino Bay and the dramatic landscapes of the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve. The approach leads to on-site parking, from where guests enter directly into the ground floor. The entrance opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped for everyday holiday living and arranged with a dining space and a welcoming lounge. Large doors lead out to a covered veranda furnished for outdoor meals and relaxed seating. The accommodation continues along a corridor to three double bedrooms, served by two shower rooms. All rooms benefit from air conditioning and mosquito nets. Outside, guests can enjoy the landscaped grounds, which include a swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers and gazebo, an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue for informal al fresco dining.
The surrounding area offers plenty to explore during a stay. The centre of Custonaci is around 3 km away and provides shops and supermarkets for daily needs. Along the Cornino seafront, guests will find a good selection of bars and restaurants overlooking the water. The popular coastal town of San Vito Lo Capo, known for its long sandy beach and lively atmosphere, can be reached in around 30 minutes, while the nearby nature reserve offers walking trails and striking coastal views for those keen on outdoor activities.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
