    Set amid a scenic grove of olive trees, this modern two-storey villa offers a calm retreat in the countryside along the north Sicilian coastline. With attractive views stretching towards the sea and thoughtfully arranged interiors, it provides a relaxed setting for families or small groups seeking comfort and convenience. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, blending contemporary touches with practical design, making it well suited to guests who wish to explore the many local attractions while enjoying peaceful rural surroundings.

    The approach road leads to a convenient onsite area beside the house with ample parking. The main entrance opens into an open-plan living space with a comfortable sitting area with sofa, satellite TV, and a kitchen with a separate dining area. Also on this floor is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, served by one shower room and one separate wc and basin. The upper floor, accessed via a separate external entrance, houses a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a balcony with sea views. From the kitchen/living area, doors open onto a covered terrace with a dining table and portable barbecue, where guests can enjoy al fresco meals in the summer months. To the side of the property is a large swimming pool with a surrounding sun deck, loungers and an outdoor shower.

    The property is located approximately 1.5 km from Scopello, a charming coastal village known for its Tonarra, a medieval tuna-fishing estate, in use until 1984 and now a museum. The village also hosts an array of restaurants, cafés and small shops. The picturesque shores of Guidaloca Bay are around 2.5 km from the house, offering clear waters and inviting swimming spots for snorkellers or those simply looking to relax. Guests may also wish to explore the dramatic coastline of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, renowned for its walking trails and secluded coves with crystal clear waters. Further afield, the historic town of Castellammare del Golfo offers a picturesque harbour and multitude of shops, bars and restaurants set amid a lively atmosphere

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
