    Positioned on a hillside above Scopello, amid lush greenery and panoramic sea views, this attractive villa blends modern architecture with traditional Sicilian signatures. The interiors are thoughtfully arranged to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Its tranquil setting and spacious layout is well suited to families or smaller groups of friends seeking a relaxing base within easy reach of the coast and nearby amenities. 

    The approach road, a well maintained cul-de-sac, leads to a convenient onsite parking area next to the house. The main entrance to the villa opens into an open-plan kitchen and seating area filled with natural light. The kitchen, crafted in a classic Sicilian style, is fitted with all the necessary amenities. A large dining table forms the focus of the room and there is also a breakfast bar. A sofa and satellite TV complete this highly adaptable area. Beyond the kitchen is the main sleeping area, comprising three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. One of the double rooms benefits from an en-suite shower room, while the remaining bedrooms share a further shower room, which also includes a washing machine. At the rear of the property is a generous terrace area with a built-in gas barbecue and a shaded dining space for alfresco dining in the warmer months. Alongside is an inviting swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. To the front of the property is a large garden with comfortable seating for further relaxation. 

    The property is in the perfect  location for exploring the north-western coastline of Sicily. The pebbled shore of Guidaloca Bay, is 3.5 km away with its inviting waterfront eateries alongside crystal clear waters where swimmers, kayakers and snorkellers alike can explore. The charming village of Scopello, is around 4.5 km from the house, is known for its atmospheric piazza, small cafés and traditional restaurants along with a rich tuna fishing history, details of which can be found at the local museum. Visitors can also venture to the nearby Zingaro Nature Reserve for scenic walking trails and hidden coves, or explore the historic town of Castellammare del Golfo with its marina, castle and vibrant summer events.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
