This villa with tennis court situated in the Tuscan countryside within easy reach of Florence and Pisa is perfect for guests looking to get away from the world and experience rural Tuscan life. The villa would suit a large group of friends or two or three families who’d like plenty to keep themselves entertained and active when not enjoying the beautifully panoramic views of the Tuscan hills.

The villa is accessed off the main road and up a well maintained dirt track, there’s plenty of parking for when guests arrive. The property has four units and forms part of a large agricultural business managed directly by the owners who live on the estate but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool; they have a separate entrance and are always available if needed. For the guests the villa has two sections, a main building with two apartments and a separate duplex apartment located 20 meters away. Within the main building’s apartment, on the ground floor there is a kitchen with fireplace and access to a furnished terrace with panoramic views. There's a small toilet on this floor. Up a step there is an open dining and living area, another living room with fireplace and a piano. There are 4 double rooms, a bathroom with a hydro-massage bath and a shower, and one other bathroom with a shower only. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Along with this apartment the main building has a large living area that's well equipped for guests entertainment and well being. There’s a full size pool table, a children's playroom, a sauna, a gym and a chromotherapy shower. Off this living area there is also one more bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Outside there is a tennis court that doubles up as a five-a-side pitch and a large pool. The first apartment that makes up the main building as a ground floor entrance, a dining room and kitchenette, living room with outdoor access, a double bedroom that's up two steps and a shower room. It also has its own utility room with washing machine. The second apartment is accessed on the first floor and has a dining area with kitchenette, a fireplace, bathroom with shower only (there is a step into the bathroom), a double bedroom and a living room.

The separate duplex apartment 20 metres away, on the ground floor has a dining room with fireplace, a kitchenette and a living room. The first floor has a double bedroom and twin bedroom with a shared bathroom and shower. 

Castelfiorentio is a ten minute drive away where guests can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Pisa and Florence with their historic sites are only an hour drive. Wine enthusiasts can visit the Chianti region, famous for its vineyards and San Gimignano, with its medieval charm towered skyline and quaint streets, is only a 40 minute drive away.
