The property is located on a vineyard in San Gimignano a medieval city in the Chianti hills of Tuscany. It is suitable for families or groups of friends who want to relax in the Tuscan countryside as well as enjoy the cultural and historical sights of nearby Florence.
The main villa has 3 bedrooms and there is an annex with 1 bedroom a few meters away, the two parts are rented together. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and there are 5 bathrooms with a shower.
The villa has recently been and renovated and consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room and living room; leading out to a patio. A few steps up from the ground floor is a laundry room with a separate shower room. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room; one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. A few steps down there is a living room and double bedroom with an en suite shower room. The pool area is accessible to guests via the first floor.
The annex is on ground floor level with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A few steps down lead to a kitchen and access to the outside pool area.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. With scenic views and a rich history San Gimignano, is a breath-taking authentic Tuscan village from the middle ages. In the surrounding area, there are shops, restaurants, famous artwork and stunning architecture of Florence easily accessible by car.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
