Set right in the heart of Chianti, this single storey villa offers panoramic views of the valley and the vineyards that have made the region so famous. Ideal for those who want to relax in the Tuscan countryside, the villa would also make an excellent base for exploring the renowned wineries and beautiful hillside towns of this part of Tuscany.
The entrance to this one storey villa is up four steps and leads into the open plan living area with a kitchen, a lounge with access to the loggia and a dining area with access to the garden. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a twin room, a separate shower room and a separate WC. The loggia is furnished with chairs and a coffee table and there is a table and chairs for dining al fresco. A set of steps leads down through the garden to the pool which offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. There are horse-riding lessons, bike rental and hot air ballooning available locally. The villa is located within easy reach of many of the picturesque towns of Chianti with a number of wine tours to choose from and the shops, restaurants and historical sights of Siena are less than half an hour away by car.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
