This 4 bedroom villa is located near Torreone and is situated on the hills overlooking Cortona. It comprises of 4 separate apartments which are rented together as one villa and would therefore suit groups of friends and families looking for a Tuscan holiday together but with an element of privacy as well.
All apartments are accessible from the outside and are not internally linked. The first apartment can accommodate 2 guests and is set over one floor which can be accessed via 4 steps, there is a double bedroom with a shower room. The second apartment comprises of 2 floors; on the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining/kitchenette area and on the first floor is a double bedroom with a shower room. It can sleep up 4 persons. The third apartment consists of a split level floor by one step; on the lower part is a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area with a kitchenette and the double bedroom, bathroom and a washing machine is on the higher part. It can sleep up to 4 guests. The final apartment is made up of 2 floors; the first floor offers a living room with dining area and kitchenette, double bedroom and a shower room. The ground floor is a communal area for all guests and offers both a dining area, a kitchenette and shower room. There is also a separate outside dining area and a pool area for all guests to enjoy.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa, as it will allow guests the possibility of exploring the Tuscan region. Portole is located an 8-minute drive away and offers local food shops and restaurants. If guests are looking for a wider selection of restaurants then the Italian hilltop town of Cortona located 12km away is a perfect alternative for guests to visit. Lake Trasimeno can be reached within an hour’s drive and offers 9 beaches

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
