5 Bedroom Villa with Pool near Foiano della Chiana in Tuscany, Sleeps 10-12
This villa is in the perfect location for exploring all the well-known cities in Tuscany; including Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lucca. Its beautiful gardens and generously sized pool make for a perfect escape from that busy city life. It would suit groups of friends and families looking to discover all of Tuscany’s hidden secrets and be within an hours’ drive of the sea.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor guests can find the kitchen area leading through to a small games room and lounge area and a WC; all of which are open plan set over different levels separated by a few steps. Also, on this floor a couple of steps down from the lounge area is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. All rooms on the ground floor lead out to the exterior, where guests can find a spacious garden/terrace/pool area. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms; 2 of which are double bedrooms; one has a 4-poster bed and both have en-suite shower rooms. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a triple room with a bunkbed made up of a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. There is a small road near to the villa.
Car hire is recommended when staying in the Tuscan countryside. Florence is under an hour’s drive away from the property and offers guests a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants and also the famous ‘Uffizi Gallery’ that is definitely worth a visit. The small town of Empoli just a 5-minute drive away offers a few shops and restaurants.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
