    This elegant 7 bedroom villa with pool offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains of Tuscany. Due to this villas sizeable capacity and communal space, it is suitable for large families, groups of friends and holding events which may involve many guests such as weddings, yoga retreats or team bonding getaways.

    This property is made up of a main villa, and two annex’s.

    The main villa consists of three floors and sleeps 12-16 guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a large dining table within the kitchen and a separate shower room. There is also a double bedroom with extra single bed and en-suite shower room on the ground floor level, only accessible via the properties exterior. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms as well as a lounge area with a kitchenette. There is also a double bedroom with extra single bed and en-suite shower room as well as a lounge area witch kitchenette on the first floor, only accessible via the properties exterior. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with extra single bed with en-suite shower room, as well as a lounge area with kitchenette. A few steps up from the second floor there is a double bedroom with extra single bed.

    One of the annex’s is located next to the main villa and is suitable for an additional 2 guests and has only one floor consisting of 1 double bedroom, a lounge area, a kitchen and a separate shower room.

    The remaining annex is located by the pool and is essentially a large room suitable for the organisation of events such as weddings or birthdays.

    The surrounding area of the property consists of a spacious garden, a pool area and a covered dining area, from which guests have incredible panoramic countryside views of Tuscany.

    Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. This villa is located near to the authentic Tuscan village of Subbiano which has an array of old mills, castles, churches, restaurants, shops and cafes. The villa is also close to the city of Arezzo, which has a rich history and is a popular destination for tourists who want to experience authentic mainland Italy.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
