Dating back to the 18th century, this spacious villa just outside Pistoia is located within easy reach of both the city of Florence with its famous art and architecture and the fashionable Riviera resorts of Versilia on the Tuscan coast. Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, its large garden and many reception rooms make this villa particularly suitable for weddings and other events.
The villa is set over three floors. The lower part of the ground floor has a living room, a dining room, a double bedroom and a shower room. Three steps lead up to the upper ground floor which has another dining room, a kitchen and a cellar. The first floor has four living rooms, two reading rooms, a separate WC and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor has a living room with a piano, two double suites, both with en-suite shower rooms and a sofa bed in each suite’s sitting room and three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The terrace is furnished for outdoor dining and there is also outdoor dining under a gazebo in the pool area, 200 metres from the house through the garden.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. The well-preserved medieval city of Pistoia is only a few minutes’ drive away and provides attractions such as its famous flower markets and Pistoia Zoo. The fashionable Riviera resorts of Versilia are less than an hour away and the beautiful and historic city of Florence with its shops, restaurants and famous art and architecture is also easily accessible by car.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
