This 8 bedroom villa is located in Val D’Orcia; a beautiful region of Tuscany offering numerous Tuscan towns. It would suit large groups of friends and families looking for a countryside villa holiday and to be within a short drive of local amenities.
The property can be accessed via a countryside road, surrounded by beautiful landscape. The exterior of the property offers gardens, a generously sized pool, a swing set and 2 separate terraces with outdoor seating (one of which is under a pergola); all of which offer panoramic countryside views. From the larger of the two terraces guests can enter via patio doors into a communal area where there is a dining room, a shower room and a separate kitchen, which guests can also access from the garden. There is an additional entrance into the villa via 6 steps up from the smaller terrace, which lead into the lounge and kitchenette area on the ground floor. There are also 2 separate shower rooms and a double four-poster bedroom and a double bedroom. The final entrance on the ground floor leads into a lounge/dining/kitchenette area and there is a shower room and two double bedrooms; one of which is an en-suite shower room. There are additional exterior steps that lead up to the first floor, where guests enter into a cozy kitchenette/lounge area. There is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a hydro-massage bath. There is also a separate area on the first floor which features a dining room and dining area and kitchenette, along with 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room.
Car hire is recommended so that guests can explore the surrounding Tuscan towns; San Filippo, Castiglione D’Orcia, Chianciano Terme, Pienza are to name a few. Campiglia D’Orcia is located just over 2kms away and offers a taste of Tuscan small town life, along with grocery shops, a restaurant and cafes. If guests are looking for a bit of culture and history, then Siena is located under an hour and a half drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
