Set amid the gentle hills near Florence, this charming Tuscan retreat offers a tranquil escape surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. With its inviting interiors, warm atmosphere and rural setting, the house is ideally suited to guests seeking a peaceful holiday with family or friends. Accommodating up to six people, it provides a restful base from which to enjoy the timeless beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
Guests arrive via a country lane leading to the parking area beside the house. The main entrance opens onto the ground floor where there is a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with access to a covered veranda furnished for al fresco dining, and a guest cloakroom. The first floor features a comfortable sitting room with an ornamental fireplace, a double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the garden, a twin bedroom, a further double bedroom, and two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bath. A utility room is accessible from the outside. Within the landscaped grounds guests can enjoy the swimming pool surrounded by countryside views, a multi-purpose floodlit court for tennis or five-a-side football and a barbecue area ideal for relaxed al fresco dining.
The location of the property offers easy access to local supermarkets and restaurants in addition to being well placed for exploring many of Tuscany’s highlights. The celebrated Chianti wine region is within easy reach, as are the historic cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca, known for their art, architecture and gastronomy. Nearby villages such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Volterra and San Miniato offer a wealth of local culture and tradition, while the Tuscan coast lies just over an hour away. For added convenience, there is a train service from Montelupo Fiorentino providing direct connections to both Florence and Pisa.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
