This authentic 4 bedroom stone villa offers guests a generous sized swimming pool with adjoining children’s Jacuzzi pool and splendid sea views from the pool and the many terraces. The villa is set in a peaceful area of countryside in Rezevici within a picturesque garden surrounded by olive and mature Mediterranean plants. The villa is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends within easy access of beaches and seaside towns.
The ground floor features a spacious open plan living/dining area, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms which have use of a shared balcony offering sea views and a twin bedroom which has a private balcony with garden and pool views. All the bedrooms on this level share a bathroom and a shower room. The second floor is arranged as an apartment with an open plan kitchen/living (with double sofa bed)/dining area and doors leading out to a sea facing balcony. There is also a separate double bedroom, and a bathroom. As this is a picturesque village setting there is an elderly lady who lives in a small cottage on the estate with a small dog and a tortoise, who may wander into the garden.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. The closest beach and restaurant are 800 metres away. The historic old town of Budva is within 20 minutes’ drive with its picturesque old town and the coastal area has 17 pebbly and sandy beaches waiting to be explored. In the summer months Budva turns into an open theatre, with numerous local performances, concerts and shows. The national parks of Biogradska Gora and Lake Skadar offer great days out.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
