Overlooking the sea and located within a short drive of the historic town of Praia da Luz, this modern 4-bedroom villa has stunning interiors, a heated infinity pool and gorgeous views. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the villa is in an exceptional location steps to the sea and a short drive to the beach, restaurants and bars the area has to offer.
The villa is spread across two floors. The main gate to the property opens to a large driveway with separate garage. Upon entering the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan eat-in kitchen, dining area and lounge with large floor to ceiling doors leading to the terrace and pool. There is a WC and two double bedrooms on this floor each with an en-suite shower room (one also has a bathtub) and both rooms have direct access to the pool. There are internal stairs from the lounge leading to the lower ground floor. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and a laundry room. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has two larger single beds, an en suite shower room and also opens to the garden. The third bedroom has a single bed with no natural light. Outside there is a large terrace with a dining area and sun loungers. The garden can be accessed via external stairs from the terrace above and has a water feature, trampoline and guests also have the option of playing table tennis.
Car hire is recommended to explore the area. Guests can enjoy numerous water sports including sailing, windsurfing and fishing. There are several golf courses in the region for golf lovers. For families, day trips to local water parks like Zoomarine Aquatic Park in Guia may be of interest.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
