This tasteful villa is situated inland near the town of Almancil and is a short drive to the nearest beach. It offers a tranquil private garden with pool, extensive terraces, quality garden furniture and a very comfortable interior with traditional features. Ideally situated between Faro, Albufeira and the coast, the location provides guests with plenty of options suitable for those seeking beach time, golfing, visiting historic towns or shopping.
Upon entering the ground floor guests will notice the terracotta floor tiles throughout, with underfloor heating. Here is the well-appointed kitchen and a dining area with double aspect doors onto the garden. There is a double bedroom which has its own access. There is a separate shower room/WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms – one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There are also two shower rooms on this floor. From here there are stunning vistas of the Algarve coastline beyond.
Car hire is recommended. The closest supermarket is just a 5 minute drive and Faro airport only a 20 minute drive. The nearest restaurant to the villa is within walking distance. Almancil is definitely worth an explore, famed for it’s whitewashed churches. For the children there is the popular Aquashow park and if golfing is of interest, the courses in this area are world-renowned.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
