This apartment, located on the first floor, is one of 5 terraced holiday properties arranged around a courtyard containing a shared pool and shared shaded dining area with BBQ, table and benches. Guests enter to an open-plan kitchen-dining room, leading through to a partially separated bedroom area with double bed. A shower room is located off the kitchen-dining area. There is a balcony with views over the pool and terrace, furnished with table & chairs. Stairs from the front door lead straight down to the decking area surrounding the pool, furnished with sun loungers and a parasol. A 2-bedroom apartment (EF002), 3-bedroom villa (EF003) and 4-bedroom villa (EF004) are also available to book. As this property is located close to a main road there may be some road noise.
Car hire is recommended at this property. The authentic Eastern Algarve has a difference ambiance to resorts to the west of Faro. The beaches are islands accessed by boat or bridge, and the towns and villages are full of authentic cafés and restaurants. Olhao, 2km away, has an elegant Old Town and two lively markets on the seafront well worth visiting. The Ria Formosa Natural Park is a beautiful protected area just 5 minutes drive from the apartment.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
