Set among the rolling hills of north-eastern Sardinia, this beautifully crafted group of villas sit within a refined hillside estate, surrounded by the wild, aromatic landscape typical of the Costa Smeralda. Its peaceful setting, elevated position and sweeping sea views make it particularly appealing to couples, small groups or families seeking a tranquil retreat within easy reach of the region’s most renowned coastal towns and beaches. Designed in the traditional Gallurese style with stone exteriors and exposed wooden features, the property blends harmoniously with the Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds it, offering guests an authentic Sardinian escape with tasteful interiors and a restful atmosphere.
Guests arrive via a quiet country lane and can park directly adjacent to the villas. There are 7 unique villas, each with its own layout all centred around a hotel with a restaurant and pool. They all have traditional wooden beams and soft tones of green and grey that create an inviting and relaxed setting. Textiles in natural fibres and carefully chosen furnishings echo the calm and character of the Mediterranean surroundings. Outdoors, each villa enjoys the expansive landscaped garden, with a generously sized heated pool as the centrepiece. From here, sweeping views stretch across the coastline of the Costa Smeralda.
A. 130m2 - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Split into two buildings, the bigger of the two includes two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own entrance and an en suite shower room. These open into a shared living area and a kitchen, The second, smaller building is accessed independently and offers a generously sized double bedroom, enhanced by oak flooring and elegant Orosei marble details. Behind the king-size bed, a hydromassage bath provides a tranquil corner for unwinding. An additional shower room completes this suite. Outside there's a terrace and heated pool.
B. 165m2 - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Guests are welcomed into a stylish open-plan living and dining area connected to a kitchen, with direct access to the garden. The pool area offers an ideal spot to relax and enjoy spectacular coastal sunsets. Inside, the main suite includes a chestnut and reed ceiling, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, and a separate WC. Two further double bedrooms, each with independent access from the garden, have their own bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths. Terracotta and Orosei marble flooring throughout adds a warm, natural finish. A furnished terrace provides additional outdoor space for dining.
C. 186m2 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. The villa is made up of two separate stone-built houses. The main house includes a comfortable living area, a kitchen, and a covered veranda with outdoor dining space. There are two double suites, each with its own entrance, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. A short distance away, the second building contains an additional junior suite with a jacuzzi bath, shower, along with its own small living area and kitchen. Outside, guests can relax on the sun terrace beside the heated pool while enjoying uninterrupted views of the natural surroundings. All bedrooms and bathrooms are finished in Orosei marble.
D. 188m2, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Set across two levels, the upper floor features a bright living area, a kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a furnished terrace with far-reaching sea views, ideal for watching the sunrise. The lower level is accessed externally and arranged around a central courtyard. It includes three double suites, each with its own entrance, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The courtyard leads out to a large heated pool with a surrounding terrace in teak and terracotta.
E. 200m2, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Located in the heart of the village, this property offers a layout across two levels. On the ground floor, guests will find two double suites, each with independent access, and a third suite that connects internally to the main living space. All bedrooms include an en-suite with jacuzzi bath and shower. The central living area includes a kitchen and opens onto a covered veranda with a dining area overlooking the garden. A heated pool, set among teak decking and local stone, sits on the western side of the garden where guests can enjoy the sunset. A staircase in terracotta and juniper leads to the upper level, where there is an additional suite featuring a sleeping area with sea view, and access to a small terrace. The property also includes a roof terrace offering expansive views of the coastline and surrounding landscape.

One of these suites is accessed independently from the outside. Terracotta and juniper stairs lead to the upper floor, where guests will find a third double suite. This room features a sleeping area with sea views, its own jacuzzi and shower, and access to a small terrace that catches the morning light. G. 250m2, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 + 2. The largest of the villas and arranged across two levels. On the ground floor, guests will find a generous living area, a kitchen, and a covered veranda with an outdoor dining area overlooking the garden and heated pool. There are three double bedrooms on this level, each with independent external access. They all include jacuzzi baths, and showers. An additional double bedroom is located within the main house, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. All bathrooms are finished in Orosei marble, with terracotta and marble flooring throughout the bedrooms and living spaces. The layout allows each bedroom to open directly onto the garden or pool terrace, offering easy access to the outdoor areas. On the lower ground floor, accessed via an external staircase, there is a separate annex with a bedroom and bathroom—ideal for additional guests or staff. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests, with an extra bed available at no additional charge.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
