A bungalow style villa with pool and play area for children in East Sardinia, at the foot of the mountains on the outskirts of the Gennargentu National Park. This pretty bungalow with its large gardens is well suited to a family looking for a peaceful countryside Sardinian getaway.
The property is set within 3000m2 of grounds, and is set entirely on the ground floor. Guests enter the property to an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room, decorated in rustic style with beamed ceilings and wooden dining furniture. Three double bedrooms are located down a corridor from the main living area, all sharing a shower room. A shaded terrace surrounds the villa, furnished with dining table and chairs. A shaded summer kitchen with BBQ is ideal for preparing a delicious evening meal. An above ground pool is accessed from the terrace, and a children's play area can also be found in the grounds. Please note: the pool is open from May to late August.
Car hire is recommended at this property. The villa is set on the outskirts of the beautiful Gennargentu National Park, where you can explore a Sardinia untouched by tourists, and see wildlife including the golden eagle and the Sardinian wildcat. Beaches are within easy reach, just 30 minutes away by car, and the nearby town of Oliena is worth exploring, particularly on Wednesdays for its weekly market.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
