A comfortable, family friendly villa with kidney shaped pool and large mature gardens, set in a peaceful residential area on the southern Sardinian coast. Benefiting from stunning location just 300 metres from the nearest sandy beach, and close to a magnificent resort with a range of delicious restaurants, this villa would suit a family or group of friends looking for a Sardinian beach holiday.
The villa is set over two floors, within 800m2 of lush mature gardens. A ground floor living area with corner sofa (can be converted into a sofa bed for an additional 2 persons) is connected to an open-plan kitchen-dining room. There are three double bedrooms, two twin and one bunk bedroom, all sharing three shower rooms. Both the living room and the dining room have patio doors leading to a shaded terrace surrounding the villa, furnished with dining table and chairs, and outdoor sofas and armchairs. A traditional stone BBQ in the garden is ideal for an evening meal on the shaded terrace. A kidney-shaped swimming pool is accessed directly from the terrace, with the lawned garden surrounding the pool furnished with sun loungers.
Car hire is recommended at this villa. The southern Sardinian coastline is home to some of the most sensational beaches on the island, with bright white sand and crystal clear turquoise waters stretching as far as the eye can see. The nearby village Villasimius is home to one of the best of these beaches, Spiaggia di Porto Giunco, located less than 10km from the villa. Excursions in the area include a visit to Stagno Notteri in the protected marina area of Cape Carbonara, a lagoon where you can see wild flamingos, and the ancient fortifications of the Castello area of Cagliari.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
