Located between Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo on the northwestern coast of Sardinia, this 2-bedroom villa has spectacular sea views, shared outdoor space and is situated within the lively centre of Costa Paradiso. The villa is ideal for a small family, couple or small groups of friends looking for accommodation that is in close proximity to the sea, local beaches and all of the amenities the village has to offer. The village has an array of supermarkets, restaurants and bars for all tastes. Costa Paradiso and the surrounding area provides the perfect opportunity for guests to enjoy a large selection of outdoor water sports such as diving, boating and snorkelling as well as cycling and other sporting activities.
The villa shares the outdoor space, including the pool, terrace and garden, with 8 other villas. It has its own private entrance, spacious lounge with an open plan kitchen and dining area with access to the pool area. There is one shower room and two bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom - with a double sofa bed in the lounge for two additional guests.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can explore the area surrounding Costa Paradiso, or can venture further afield on the island to visit sites, such as Santa Teresa di Gallura, located on the northern side of Sardinia, which has beautiful beaches with its crystalline waters, great shopping and live music festivals in the summer months. Guests can also take a drive up the coast to the beautiful sandy beaches of Spiagga Longa and Marinedda in Isola Rossa, both of which are surrounded by shops, restaurants and galleries.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
