This 7 bedroom villa sleeps 14 and is located in Akbel; a 5-minute drive to Kalkan old town. It would be a perfect option for large groups and families looking to be near to the centre but also wanting to have a relaxing holiday.
The property consists of three floors with a small rooftop terrace where there are two sun loungers and a table and chairs. On the ground floor there is the first open plan kitchen and lounge, with a kitchen table, a sofa unit and a bathroom and the first three bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double en-suite room, bedroom two a twin room and bedroom three another en-suite double room. Guests can access the pool and patio area from both the first kitchen/lounge and bedroom one and three. The outside terrace comprises of a good sized infinity pool offering views over Kalkan Bay, several sun loungers and parasols, table and chairs and a dining table with chairs. The table tennis is but an added bonus. On the first floor there is the second open kitchen and lounge, with a kitchen table, a sofa unit and a bathroom and bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is a single room with a cot and bedroom five is an en-suite double room. There is a small balcony with table and chairs, accessed from both the lounge and bedroom five. The top floor consists of the final two bedrooms, which both have access to the small rooftop terrace offering views of the bay. Bedroom six is a twin room and bedroom seven a double room.
Car hire is recommended when exploring the Kalkan region. The historical sites of the Antalya province and the seaside town of Kas are a must. Akbel is a perfect location to be, as it is within driving distance of Kalkan old town and its beaches. Its elevated location means that the villa offers panoramic views of Kalkan bay.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
