Overlooking Super Paradise Beach, this 5-bedroom villa has stunning unobstructed sea views, a private infinity pool with built-in spa, BBQ, indoor/outdoor sound system and is walking distance from the beach. With a exposed brick and rustic touches throughout, the villa provides groups and families a cozy and relaxing holiday destination. The villa is an independent unit within a luxury 3-villa complex. For large families or groups looking to holiday together this villa can be booked with neighbouring villas (MY009 and MY010) which accommodates up to 24 guests in total, subject to availability.
The villa consists of two storeys. On the ground floor, there is a large open plan lounge and dining room with doors leading to the terrace. There is also a large eat-in kitchen on this level. On the lower ground floor, there are four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with air-conditioning, an en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden via French doors. Outside, guests can enjoy the large dining area, indoor/outdoor sound system, BBQ, mini bar and the exquisite views from the pool.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. Guests can sunbathe on Super Paradise Beach and stay into the evening to enjoy its world renowned nightlife. Keen shoppers can venture to Mykonos Town to experience their selection of designer brands.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
